I'm Iker Iza, a Creative Director and Designer who's traded the Venezuelan sun and the Spanish siesta for the New York hustle.
My career path? Let's just say it's been anything but linear (originally, I have a background in economics and look at me now - don't ask).
I started out designing exhibits and products for museums, then somehow ended up in the wild world of advertising. From there, I hopped over to branding and packaging, and eventually found myself leading a digital agency, specializing in digital transformation including everything from virtual reality to, well, virtual everything. (Turns out those museum exhibits came in handy after all.)
Throughout it all, I've developed a knack for brand strategy, creative direction, and keeping teams motivated and on track — and I'm passionate about using design to solve problems and create meaningful experiences.
Whether I'm developing a brand identity, overseeing a multi-channel campaign, or managing a team of creatives, I believe that good design can drive positive change, so I'm always up for a challenge. Got any?
